Registered Manager – Solo Children’s Residential Home Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (negotiable for exceptional candidates) + performance bonuses Location: Slough Employment Type: Full‑time, permanent We are recruiting an experienced, previously Ofsted‑registered Registered Manager to lead a solo‑occupancy children’s residential home in Slough. This role is only suitable for managers who have already held registration and achieved minimum Good ratings within children’s residential care. This is a chance to take ownership of a high‑quality solo provision, supported by a values‑driven organisation with strong compliance, trauma‑informed practice, and a genuinely supportive senior leadership team.
