Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home (EBD)

Location: Peterborough

Luna Recruitment is delighted to be working with an established children's residential care provider to recruit a Registered Manager for a solo EBD home in Peterborough. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and well-supported organisation led by directors with over 20 years' experience in the mental health sector. The Role

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a solo EBD home, ensuring the service consistently delivers outstanding care while remaining fully compliant with Ofsted regulations. You'll lead and develop your team, promote positive outcomes for children and work closely with senior leadership to continue building a high-quality service.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up.
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children's residential legislation.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards it).
  • Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
