We're looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a well-established 3-bed Children's Residential Home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a provider with a Good Ofsted rating, strong operational support, and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for children.

The Role

As the Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, compliance, and staff leadership.

You'll have the autonomy to drive the service forward while being supported by an experienced senior management team.

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up.
  • A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it).
  • A proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of safeguarding and therapeutic care practices.
  • Full UK driving licence.
