About the Homes

Brand-new children’s residential home supporting children with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). The home will care for up to two children, offering a stable, nurturing, and therapeutic environment. You’ll be joining a strong, supportive Registered Manager and a team committed to high-quality care, consistency, and positive outcomes.

The Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in the daily care and development of young people living in the home. You’ll provide emotional and practical support, help create routines, and ensure the home remains a safe, structured, and child-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to young people
  • Build trusting, therapeutic relationships and act as a positive role model
  • Support young people with daily routines, education, activities, and appointments
  • Promote independence, resilience, and positive behaviour
