Salary: £40,000 - £42,000

Driving Licence: Ideally required

Experience: Direct children's residential experience essential

About the Homes:

These are two brand new children's residential homes supporting young people aged 11-17 with emotional needs. You will play a key role in shaping the culture, standards, and consistency of the homes from day one.

The Role:

The Deputy Manager supports the Registered Manager in the overall leadership and operational management of the homes. You will ensure high quality care, strong safeguarding practice, and compliance with Ofsted regulations. You will lead shifts when required, support staff development, and help drive a therapeutic, child-centred environment. This role is ideal for experienced seniors or Team Leaders ready to step into a leadership position within a new, well-supported service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of both homes
  • Lead, supervise, and develop the staff
