About the Homes: Brand new children's residential home supporting children with emotional needs. You will be joining a strong, supportive Registered Manager and a team committed to high quality care, consistency, and positive outcomes.

The Role: As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the daily care and development of young people living in the home. You will provide emotional and practical support, help create routines, and ensure the home remains a safe, structured, and child-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality care and support to young people
  • Build trusting, therapeutic relationships and act as a positive role model
  • Support young people with daily routines, education, activities, and appointments
  • Promote independence, resilience, and positive behaviour
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and safeguarding documentation
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team, external professionals, and families
