Are you an experienced Deputy Manager looking to join a well-established and highly regarded children s residential care provider?
We are recruiting for a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in a 3-bed EBD children s home rated Good by Ofsted.
You ll be joining an established organisation operating four children s homes, with several services achieving Outstanding Ofsted ratings.

The Role As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the home operates to the highest standards, delivering safe, nurturing, and child-centred care.
