About the Home: Brand new children's residential home supporting children with emotional needs. You will be joining at the start of the journey, helping shape culture, standards, and consistency from day one.
The Role: As a Team/Shift Leader, you will lead the day-to-day running of the home during your shifts, ensuring high-quality care, safeguarding, and structure. You will support the team, oversee routines, and act as a senior point of contact when the Registered Manager or Deputy Manager are not on shift. This role is ideal for experienced RSWs ready to step up or existing seniors looking for a fresh challenge in a new home.
