The home will care for up to two children, offering a stable, nurturing, and therapeutic environment. You’ll be joining a strong, supportive Registered Manager and a team committed to high‑quality care, consistency, and positive outcomes. The Role As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in the daily care and development of young people living in the home. You’ll provide emotional and practical support, help create routines, and ensure the home remains a safe, structured, and child‑centred environment.
