We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting client accounts, assisting in PR campaign execution, and maintaining positive client relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support:
    • Assist in managing day-to-day client communications.
    • Build and maintain strong, positive client relationships.
    • Understand client goals and support the development of tailored PR strategies to meet their needs.
  • PR and Marketing Campaign Assistance:
    • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement PR plans and marketing campaigns.
    • Assist in coordinating with clients to approve campaign materials and timelines.
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Help oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
    • Support internal and external resources to deliver high-quality results.
    • Ensure all client deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
  • Research and Planning:
    • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Identify new opportunities for client growth and engagement.

    • Support media outreach strategies to secure coverage for clients.
    • Help oversee PR activities and pitching efforts, ensuring consistent and effective communication with the media.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a PR agency or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in PR software/tools.
