Personal Assistant/Analyst – Private Family Office
Knightsbridge and Henley-On-Thames.
Salary – £45,000 – £60,000 per annum plus a range benefits including lunch.
Permanent – 5 days in the office.
This is a fantastic role to work for a private family office based in both Knightsbridge and Henley-On-Thames. You will be providing a full range of administrative, analytical and operational support across the family's business and personal activities.
Working alongside their Senior Assistant and Accountant, you will assist with managing the logistics of the family's daily work from presentations to analysing data to diary management.
Personal Assistant/Analyst Responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple diaries and the production of complicated itineraries
- Provide clear report summaries
- Research and analysis – carrying out research tasks as directed by the private family office
- Preparation for and follow up on meetings
- Calendar management, booking personal and business meetings
- Responsible for arranging logistics and making sure they are in place
- Documenting key points and decisions
- Assisting in the timely completion of projects
- Assisting with the preparation and coordination of both corporate and personal events including shopping, errands
- Supporting private office finance and reporting, reviewing and processing legal and compliance documents
Requirements:
- Exceptionally organised with extensive experience managing diaries, meeting deadlines, and balancing multiple tasks
- Strong project reporting skills, critical thinking & analysis, financial acumen
- Comfortable speaking with people at Executive level
- Integrity, trustworthiness, discretion, and proven ability to deal with confidential matters
- Proactive, persistent, polite, patient
- Fastidious attention to detail, ability to analyse detailed information
- Driving licence
