Location: Central London, Mayfair

Salary: £48,000 - £50,000 plus excellent benefits

We are delighted to be working with a high profile property investment company who are looking to hire a Personal Assistant to support the Director of Operations. This is a newly created role due to the private family business growing and there will be an opportunity to take on more responsibility as the role grows. Their investments focus on prime real estate as well running as a large charity foundation.

Position Summary:

As the Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a high level of support to the Director of Operations. You will be a Personal Assistant who has exceptional attention to detail and high standards of support along with the ability to build strong relationships and act as a representative for the family office. Culture is key, there is no hierarchy, everyone pitches in and works together as a team.

Personal Assistant duties will include:

  • Ensuring the smooth and effective running of the Operation Executives busy family office
  • Complex, continually moving, diary management including organising meetings
  • Arranging international travel
  • Creating board presentations
  • Co-ordinating and providing support for all meetings
  • Liaising with family members, housekeeping, private travel agents and other suppliers
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Event planning - booking restaurants, dinners, company and client events

Are you the right fit?

Experience as a Personal Assistant ideally from a property/real estate/legal background.

Personal qualities: assertive, fast, diplomatic, discreet, very organised, dynamic and autonomous, sense of responsibility. Ability to prioritise work and multi-task requests under pressure. Tact and good judgement in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management. Able to deal with different personalities. Positive attitude, friendly approach, well presented, respectful.

This is an office based role for 5 days a week, based in Central London.
