Most startup jobs ask you to join a company. This one asks you to help build it. At Lumos AI we're creating a new way for organisations to understand why performance happens, not just what happened, using knowledge graphs, AI and causal reasoning.
We're looking for our first Customer Implementation Founder
Someone who enjoys working with customers, translating complex organisations into practical solutions, and wants to help shape the product as much as implement it.
You'll be working directly with customers, influencing the roadmap, and becoming one of the people who defines how Lumos AI is delivered.
Work directly with founder Andrew Mercer, who has
- Built and sold a software company to Oracle.
- Developed one of London's largest renewable energy generators.
- Led the development of Google\'s first zero-carbon data centre in the UK.
This isn’t corporate life.
It’s the opportunity to get in at ground level, make a huge impact, learn every day, and, if we’re successful, share in something that could become very rewarding.
If you’re curious, ambitious, enjoy solving problems, and want to build rather than simply maintain, we’d love to hear from you.
