The Director of Strategic Finance will be a key member of the Executive Team, responsible for providing strategic and operational financial leadership to ensure long-term efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability. The person will:
- Shape and implement robust financial and operational strategies, policies and systems to support Lumos’ global operations;
- Develop business and operating models to maximise growth, impact and sustainability;
