Specialty P&C Program Analyst (Entry/Mid-Level)

Lumos Insurance is hiring two entry- to mid-level professionals to support our Specialty P&C leader in managing the new program pipeline.
What you’ll do:
- Help track, analyze, and advance new specialty P&C program opportunities from intake through evaluation and launch readiness.
- Support market research, data gathering, and reporting on program performance and pipeline health.
- Collaborate with underwriting, distribution, and actuarial partners to keep programs moving efficiently.
What we’re looking for:
- Recent or current experience in specialty P&C (internships or early roles at Lloyd’s, MGAs, reinsurers, brokers, or insurers preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working with program data, spreadsheets, and basic analytics.
- At least one of the two roles requires stronger data analytics skills (Excel/Power BI/SQL or similar).
Hybrid role based in London. Ideal for candidates early in their specialty P&C careers who want hands‑on exposure to program development.
