Lumora Solutions is working with a VC-backed SaaS startup in London that’s scaling fast and hiring for a Solutions Consultant as demand for their product continues to grow. The organisation is recognised in Gartner's Magic Quadrant as a leading player within the space.

What you will be doing:

  • Partner with Sales across the full pre-sales cycle, from discovery and qualification through to deal close.
  • Engage CTOs, Engineering Leaders, and wider stakeholders to understand technical challenges, business goals, and buying drivers.
  • Run structured evaluations, deliver tailored demos, and handle objections while maintaining momentum through the sales process.
  • Support pipeline generation and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to drive successful enterprise outcomes.

What you will bring:

  • Strong understanding of the SDLC or DevOps tooling landscape, with the ability to turn technical challenges into business value for customers.
  • Experience supporting mid-market and enterprise customers through complex 3–6 month sales cycles in SaaS or pre-sales environments.
  • Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders, building champions, and navigating complex buying processes.
  • Technical background with a commercial mindset.
  • Consultative, commercially minded, and proactive, with strong communication skills and a focus on driving customer outcomes.
