Lumora Solutions is partnered with a high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company that has developed an AI-augmented performance platform. With strong product–market fit and increasing demand, the company is expanding its commercial team and hiring three Software Solutions Engineers to support new business growth across mid-market and enterprise customers.

This role is ideal for individuals with a software engineering background who are looking to move into a more customer-facing, commercially focused position.

The Role

  • Partnering with sales throughout the pre‐sales lifecycle, from technical discovery to solution design and deal close.
  • Engaging CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and Delivery Leaders globally to understand technical environments and challenges.
  • Designing and presenting tailored demos that align the platform with customer goals.
  • Collaborating with sales, product, and customer teams to ensure solutions meet needs and deliver long‐term value.

What we are looking for

  • Strong software engineering or technical background, looking to transition into solutions‐focused sales.
  • 2–4 years of experience in SaaS or technical environments, ideally with exposure to pre‐sales or solution consulting.
  • Skilled at understanding complex technical environments and translating them into customer‐focused solutions.
  • Driven, proactive, and excited to work in a fast‐paced, growth‐focused commercial team.
