What’s the role?
As part of our continued investment in Corporate Sales, we\’re on the lookout for ambitious and determined Senior Sales Executives, who have a proven track record of delivery, and the curiosity, drive, and grit to build a new book of business with one of the industry\’s leading players.

We\’ve recently created a brand-new leadership team, invested in strategic roles and systems to enhance seller performance, and adopted a new operating model to deliver growth at scale – and we’re only just getting started.
What does this actually mean?
- Source, manage, and prioritise a pipeline of prospects – primarily SMEs in the UK and EU.
- Leverage your existing network to win high-value accounts – targeting those with multi-product needs and turnovers from £30m – £500m.
- Research prospects’ businesses, identify potential pain points, and craft talk tracks to engage target personas (i.e. Owner-Led, Managing Director, CEO, CFO, Head of Treasury).
- Embrace feature/solution-based selling to pitch Lumon’s products and services.
- Communicate the benefits of FX brokers over traditional banking methods with conviction.
- Know the competitor landscape inside out and be able to set Lumon apart.
- Handle objections with professionalism and tact.
- Achieve high talk times and call metrics.
- Update our CRM with prospect progress and activity.
- Independently lead external meetings, open accounts, and trade new business.
- Nurture high-quality leads with complex trading needs; handing over to FX Strategy and Dealing Teams at the appropriate time.
- Develop industry-specific expertise in target sectors.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of FX markets and the broader financial services industry.
- Support Sales Executives with their onboarding and ongoing development – enabling others to succeed through your skills, knowledge, and expertise.
What else do I need to be successful in this role?
- 1-2 years of FX sales experience and at least one full financial year of quota achievement.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt messages to diverse personas.
- Talent for quickly building rapport and maintaining engagement.
