Lumonpay is seeking a Risk and Compliance Manager to lead Lumon’s risk function in the second line of defence, reporting to the Head of Risk and Compliance. You will partner with the business to deliver an effective risk management programme and protect the company from emerging regulatory challenges.
You will drive the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, maintain risk registers, track KRIs, and coordinate governance reporting.
