What’s the role? As part of our continued investment in Corporate Sales, we're looking for a commercial, innovative, and inspiring Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. This newly created role will be pivotal in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our Corporate Sales division - with significant exposure to senior leadership, new product development, GTM deployment, and global expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enablement within sales-led, financial services organisations; demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
What does this actually mean?
- Define Lumon’s Corporate Sales enablement strategy and roadmap, in close partnership with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and People.
- Roll out programmes, tools, and processes - maximising impact and adoption across the organisation (Sales, Strategy, Dealing, UK, Portugal, etc).
- Be driven by the need to create solutions that are scalable and will work today; and when we are at 500% of that.
- Oversee assessment centres and onboarding; enabling new hires to successfully ramp up and deliver revenue within expected timeframes.
- Develop and manage a centralised repository of sales enablement materials, including case studies, presentations, and training guides.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product to ensure alignment of sales content with brand messaging and product updates.
- Leverage CRM and sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and targeted training interventions.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards for all enablement programmes; taking action as necessary.

- 3-5 years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales operations within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales training programmes.
- In-depth understanding of sales methodologies, best practices, and trends.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt messages to diverse personas.
- Talent for quickly building rapport and maintaining engagement.
