The Role: Lumon’s vast partnership network is one of the firm’s most valuable assets and this newly created role has been designed to support the ongoing growth and success of the Lumon partnership team. The Partnership Manager will be responsible for making frequent contact with partners to drive up referral numbers, deliver exceptional service and to create new business revenue in line with targets. Role and Responsibilities: Own the relationship with Lumon’s partners that deliver new revenue. Increase the number of referrals per partner managed. Deliver training to partners to improve the quantity and quality of referrals generated. Hit new business revenue targets from partner referrals. Ensure referrals are converted with necessary information fed between teams. Consistently demonstrate the Lumon values. We are looking for someone who: Has a passion for making a positive impact on a team’s performance. Speaks both fluent Italian and English Is a confident communicator. Strong ability to build long term partnerships. Highly organised with excellent time management. Drives success maintaining a focus on positive customer service.
