Our Mission: ‘To be the world’s most trusted currency partner’. At Lumon, we specialise in international money transfers and currency exchange, helping individuals and businesses move money across borders smoothly, securely, and cost-effectively. We operate across more than 40 currencies and 150 countries, and what really sets us apart is that we combine competitive, bank-beating exchange rates with a human touch.

Every customer - whether they’re buying a property abroad, managing business costs in different currencies, or sending money home - gets access to a dedicated currency specialist. So rather than being just a digital FX platform, we focus on building long-term relationships and offering personal, expert support throughout the process.

We are regulated by the FCA and the Central Bank of Ireland, and handle billions in currency transfers every year; working with over 70,000 private clients and more than 2,500 businesses. Backed by Pollen Street Capital, we’re in an exciting growth phase - scaling across Europe and expanding our technology and service offering.

As our first Partnership Manager for Greece, you’ll act as a key commercial leader in the region - building trust, driving growth, and strengthening Lumon’s reputation across Greek property and financial ecosystems. Your focus will be on creating real value for partners and clients, not just managing accounts. This is a high-touch, consultative role where long-term relationships matter more than one-off wins.

What you will be doing:

  • Take full ownership of strategic partner relationships - particularly real estate agencies, IFAs, and legal firms dealing with international clients.
  • Pro-actively manage the end-to-end sales cycle and progress a pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions to educate partners on how to identify client needs and refer effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Client Services) to ensure smooth onboarding and follow-up processes for referred clients.
  • Analyse performance data to spot trends, uncover untapped opportunities, and adjust your strategy accordingly.
  • Represent Lumon at key industry events and local partner functions, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in the community.
  • Work closely with the Regional Partnerships Manager to develop and execute regional go-to-market plans and quarterly growth targets.
  • Become the go-to person for partners in Greece - known for your reliability, insight, and ability to drive mutual success.

About You:

  • You’re more than just commercially savvy - you’re someone who genuinely enjoys building trust, solving problems, and helping people grow their business.
  • Have experience in FX, real estate, financial services, or other B2B sales/partnership environments.
  • Are a confident self-starter who knows how to manage a territory, build a pipeline, and execute with minimal oversight.
  • Have a track record of success in managing revenue-generating partnerships or accounts - ideally in sectors where referrals or client trust are key.
  • Are an exceptional communicator who can tailor your message to different audiences (whether it’s a managing director or a client-facing agent).
  • Are naturally curious and proactive - you don’t wait to be told what to do, you find ways to add value.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth companies where things move quickly and adaptability is key.
  • Are based in London with flexibility to travel locally for partner meetings.
  • Speak fluent English and Greek.
  • Have a strong cultural awareness of international property buyers, expats, and cross-border clients.
