  • Define KPIs and use data to iterate on content topics and formats across both Private and Corporate audiences.
  • Manage content investment, including freelance resources.
  • Ideate and provide messaging and creative direction for marketing campaigns.
  • Build content strategies aligned to campaign goals—goal first, channel second.
  • Conduct planning and research, bringing in the right expertise to generate engaging ideas.
  • Partner with stakeholders across front‑office revenue teams, compliance, technology, and marketing to ensure content aligns with business goals.
  • Experiment with AI tools to scale content creation efficiently and coach the team in their use.
  • Act as the internal content champion, ensuring all output is on brand, accurate, and high quality.
  • Maintain consistency of tone of voice and positioning across all content formats—from whitepapers to social posts.

What Experience You’ll Need

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing content.
  • Previous experience in financial services—ideally FX.
  • Proven ability to put the customer at the heart of data‑driven decision‑making and weekly commercial optimisation.
  • Commercially savvy with a strong bias for action.
