The Corporate Team
The corporate team is the driving force behind the businessâs sales function. It is an exciting time in our corporate division â we have a new leadership team and are now looking to bring in several Sales Executives to turbo charge our new ambitions.

We are looking for ambitious Graduate Sales Executives to join our high performing team!
This is a perfect opportunity for someone wanting to start their career in financial services and looking to receive bestâinâclass training within a supportive and forwardâthinking organisation.
Youâll be asked to come along to our Assessment Day on 22 October 2025 where youâll get a chance to see our offices, get a feel for us and meet a fantastic team of passionate Lumoneers that will be running the day. This is also a chance to showcase your raw talent and take part in several interviews in one session with a view to be offered a job the very next day if successful!
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Managing and prioritising a list of potential clients to ensure maximum opportunities for conversion.
- Explain Lumon services and how it can help clients with their goals.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of using a currency broker versus traditional methods of banks.
- Handle objections to encourage clients to open an account.
- Achieve high talk times and call stats.
- Updating Salesforce CRM with client progress.
