This is a strategic leadership role that will involve strengthening existing partnerships, acquiring new partners, and driving initiatives to enhance Lumon’s presence and reputation in the French market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive growth in France.
- Identify and secure new partnerships with real estate agencies and other key stakeholders (notaries, relocation agencies, etc).
- Deepen relationships with existing partners to maximise collaboration and revenue opportunities.
- Design and implement initiatives to improve Lumon’s market positioning and visibility within the French real estate sector.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Lumon’s operations in France.
- Member of the private client leadership team.
- Manage a book of French partners delivering consistent lead flow and new business revenue.
About You:
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales leadership, ideally within the foreign exchanges sector.
- Strong understanding of the French market, including industry trends and key players.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent relationship management skills to engage and inspire partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both French and English.
- Ability to think strategically while executing effectively on operational tasks.
