As one of our key target markets, France offers significant opportunities for growth, and we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to lead our expansion efforts. This is a strategic leadership role that will involve strengthening existing partnerships, acquiring new partners, and driving initiatives to enhance Lumon’s presence and reputation in the French market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive growth in France.
  • Identify and secure new partnerships with real estate agencies and other key stakeholders (notaries, relocation agencies, etc).
  • Deepen relationships with existing partners to maximise collaboration and revenue opportunities.
  • Design and implement initiatives to improve Lumon’s market positioning and visibility within the French real estate sector.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Lumon’s operations in France.
  • Member of the private client leadership team.
  • Manage a book of French partners delivering consistent lead flow and new business revenue.

About You:

  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales leadership, ideally within the foreign exchanges sector.
  • Strong understanding of the French market, including industry trends and key players.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent relationship management skills to engage and inspire partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both French and English.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing effectively on operational tasks.
