The Product team shapes the experiences that power Lumon. We turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions, working closely with sales, dealing, operations, and engineering to build features our customers love.
Responsibilities:- Define, refine, and prioritise product requirements aligned with business and customer needs.
- Maintain a clear, organised, and continuously updated product backlog.
- Make informed decisions about scope, trade‑offs, and priorities throughout development cycles.
- Partner closely with engineering in an Agile environment.
- Serve as the development team’s day‑to‑day point of contact for all product‑related questions.
- Analyse customer feedback and identify opportunities for enhancements or new features.
- Incorporate insights into iterative product improvements and future roadmap planning.
- Experience working with a high‑growth tech company or in finance‑related business areas (acquiring, payments, trading, etc.).
- Experience working on technical products (platforms, distributed systems, data science, machine learning, computer vision, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to present ideas, create documentation, and engage stakeholders.
- Strong product sense and intuition for user needs and pain points.
- Ability to confidently liaise between engineering teams and internal/external business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
- Ability to break down complex problems and align teams around clear goals.
- Data‑driven mindset – comfortable making decisions based on qualitative and quantitative inputs.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities, eagerness to take on challenges, and continuous learning mindset.
