We are building the operating system for TikTok Shop. Lumo is an AI platform that turns the chaos of creator commerce into predictable revenue growth. We are built by the team behind one of the UK's leading TikTok Shop agencies, managing millions in GMV across some of the fastest growing brands on the platform. We know the problem inside out because we lived it. Now we have built the solution. We are growing fast and we need a GTM and Multimedia Specialist who can match our energy.
What this role actually is
This is a founding-level marketing role where you will own how Lumo shows up in the world. Strategy, content, outbound, video, partnerships. You will work directly with the founders, move fast, and have real impact from week one. If you have ever wanted to build something from scratch and see your fingerprints on every piece of content, every campaign, and every conversation a potential customer has with a brand, this is it.
What you will do
- Own and execute the full GTM strategy across outbound, content, and partner channels.
- Build and run outbound sequences targeting TikTok Shop merchants, e-commerce founders, and agency leads.
- Produce short‑form video content for TikTok and LinkedIn that speaks directly to our audience in their language.
- Drive founder‑led thought leadership that positions Lumo as the authority in TikTok Shop.
- Coordinate co‑marketing activity with TikTok and strategic partners.
- Track what works, kill what does not, and scale the winners.
Skills you need to have
- Hands‑on short‑form video production and editing; comfortable in front of and behind the camera.
- Proven copywriting ability, sharp, punchy, and built to convert.
- Experience running outbound campaigns using tools like Clay, Smartlead, or similar.
- Strong grasp of LinkedIn as a distribution channel for B2B SaaS.
- Understanding of TikTok as a platform and ideally social commerce or creator marketing.
- Ability to build and execute a GTM plan, not just fill in a template someone else made.
- Data literacy; know how to measure what matters and act on it.

- Direct experience selling into or working within TikTok Shop, DTC brands, or marketing agencies.
- Familiarity with the creator economy and affiliate marketing.
- Experience at an early‑stage SaaS company where you had to figure things out without a playbook.
