Fully remote, United Kingdom.

You are a hunter. You back yourself to build pipeline from nothing and turn it into predictable, repeatable closes. You get in front of the Chief Risk Officer and the Head of Transformation, earn their trust, and become a partner in their success. You read complex procurement early, plan around the hurdles, and close on time. A nine-month, multi-stakeholder pursuit doesn't scare you — it's the deal you want, because it's the one your competition walks away from.

Lumivero is hiring an experienced closer to win new business across EMEA: someone who runs a pipeline from prospect to signature independently, navigates the most complex organisations, and carries the credibility our senior technical and C-suite buyers expect.

What you'll do:

  • Own your territory. Research accounts, map stakeholders, and run your own outreach. Build 70%+ of your own pipeline. Bring your ideas and run with them.
  • Own the room. Build a network of C-suite and senior leaders in your vertical, and open every relationship in a way that still pays off long after hand-off to post‑sales. Cultivate champions that advocate for Lumivero, wherever their careers take them.
  • Run the full cycle. Shape the business case, own the RFP and tender, work procurement, negotiate hard, and land new logos.
  • Own your funnel and your data. Qualify ruthlessly, forecast accurately, and keep your CRM clean so our executive team can act on it without asking twice. Beat quota, pipeline, and forecast-accuracy targets.
  • Sell as a team. Pull in solutions engineers, SMEs, customer success, and product to put the strongest case in front of the buyer. Give as much as you take so the whole team sells better because you're on it.
  • Take AI to market. Put leading-edge AI in front of some of the most demanding buyers in the world.

What you'll bring:

  • Essentials: 7+ years as a B2B Account Executive selling enterprise solutions to senior buyers at large organisations, owning 6-figure deals through 6–9 month cycles. A proven path through complex, procurement-heavy organisations, from first contact to signed contract. Fluency in a modern sales tech stack, including Salesforce and Sales Navigator, and real comfort using AI tools.
  • Nice to have: A track record of consistently landing at the top of the board. Domain expertise in enterprise risk management or project portfolio management. Experience in regulated, procurement-heavy sectors such as government or defence. A history of being a valued team player that models excellence, helps your teammates improve, mentors junior sellers, and learns from others across the business. Established EMEA relationships in energy, defence, infrastructure, manufacturing, or government.

What's in it for you:

  • Earning potential that rewards results. A competitive base plus uncapped commission, built for top performers.
  • A team in your corner. Enablement, solutions architects, BDRs, customer success, and product experts selling alongside you.
  • Software that genuinely matters. You'll help major organisations manage real risk and make better decisions.
  • A real challenge. Take leading-edge AI to the most demanding buyers in the world, and grow as we scale.

The essentials:

  • Fully remote in the UK. We provide all necessary equipment and a monthly tech stipend for your home office.
  • A global team with local connections. Work with talented Lumiverians worldwide, with a strong base and company office in London.
  • Some travel to conferences, events, and team onsites.
  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, with checks completed during onboarding. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
