We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Accommodation Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our student accommodation site in Leicester. This is a full-time, on-site role with responsibility for operational performance, resident experience, compliance, and team leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a safe, well-managed, and welcoming living environment for our residents, ensuring their experience is positive from move-in to move-out. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations, including team management, maintenance, health and safety compliance, and resident engagement initiatives.
We are seeking someone with excellent communication and leadership skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance operational efficiency with exceptional customer service. Qualifications- Experience in property management, operations management, or facilities management.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team setting.
- Proficiency in administrative and computer skills, including experience with property management software.
- Prior experience in hospitality, student accommodation, or co-living spaces is a plus.
