ABOUT LUMIRITHMIC

Lumirithmic just struck a deal with a Magnificent 7 company and a large skincare company. We are building camera AI, custom vision models, and 3D facial capture systems trusted by Mag7 companies, global skincare brands, and enterprise clients operating at the frontier of what AI can do. We are not a big company. We are a small, elite team operating at the cutting edge of computer vision and AI - and we are now expanding into the US market.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work directly with Gaurav Chawla, CEO of Lumirithmic. Gaurav is an IIT Delhi graduate who has spent two decades operating in high-risk environments - trading, investment banking, deep tech, fintech, M&A, and exits. He has personally closed eight-figure deals, built and exited companies, and invests in pre‑seed deep tech and fintech startups from top universities. He is not a commentator. He is an operator.

Beyond Lumirithmic, Gaurav is a Partner at Thunder.vc, a NYC-based neo-investment bank. Working alongside him means real exposure across multiple companies and deal types - not just one business in one lane. One of our previous Founder's Associates went from zero to owning a core operational function within their first year. This role is where that journey starts.

WHY NOW?

The product is proven. The clients are real. It is still early enough that everything you do here will leave a mark. If you join six months from now, the seat will look very different.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will work directly alongside Gaurav and the team. Some days that means research, some days outreach, some days preparing materials for a meeting. You will learn as you go and take on more as you prove yourself. No task is beneath you, and no ceiling is set on how far you can grow.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Recently completed your degree and ready to work, not study
  • Post-study visa (PSW) holders are very welcome - a Skilled Worker visa pathway is open for the right candidate
  • Hungry to learn and willing to do whatever it takes to get things done
  • Some exposure to business, sales, or operations is a bonus but not required
  • Can commit to being in the office four days a week

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF...

  • You are not ready to work hard and take direction
  • You want a slow, structured environment
  • You are still figuring out what you want to do

HOW WE WORK

AI is not a perk here. It is how we operate. We expect everyone to use AI tools actively and find smarter ways to work every week. If you are already doing this, you will fit in immediately. We move fast. We take the work seriously. We do not take ourselves too seriously. If you are energised by hard problems and want your work to actually matter, you will find a lot to enjoy here.

Our values in plain English:

  • Own it
  • Move before you are ready
  • Say what is true, not what is comfortable
  • Figure it out

WHAT YOU GET

  • A front-row seat to how a deep tech company is built and scaled
  • Direct mentorship from a founder with 20 years across banking, fintech, and deep tech
  • Real exposure to enterprise deal‑making with some of the world's most demanding clients
  • Experience across two ventures - Lumirithmic and Thunder.vc
  • A real path to a permanent role for the right person

HIRING PROCESS

Fast and straightforward. We are not here to waste your time.

  • Complete our screening form - takes two minutes, tells us the basics
  • A 15-minute call with our team
  • A call or in-person interview with our CEO, Gaurav Chawla
  • If there is a fit, you come in

No five-round processes. No case study packs. If you are the right person, it will be obvious quickly.
