Senior Operations & Sales Coordinator in Slough

We’re looking for a Senior Operations & Sales Coordinator to support the European sales team of a major global performance and lifestyle brand. This role focuses on coordinating with agents, distributors, and customers, ensuring smooth order processes and delivering excellent commercial support.

Fluency in French and English is essential.

The day to day:

• Support sales teams, agents, distributors, and key customers
• Manage order lifecycle: placement, updates, tracking, and issue resolution
• Coordinate product availability, order books, and sales priorities
• Assist seasonal sales processes (line sheets, assortments, order windows)
• Provide clear updates on orders, stock, and timelines
• Maintain accurate SAP data and support reporting/KPIs

What you need to ring to the table:

• Fluent French & English – this is a MUST have.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, operations, or coordination
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• SAP + strong Excel skills
• Highly organised, detail-focused, proactive
• Apparel / FMCG experience is a plus
