We’re seeking a Senior Operations Coordinator to support the European business of a major global performance and lifestyle brand. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced operations and can manage the full order lifecycle from inbound stock through to customer delivery.
Fluent French and German are essential as you’ll work closely with partners, distributors, and internal teams across Europe.
What you will do:
- Coordinate inbound logistics and support accurate stock receipt
- Manage full order lifecycle: entry, allocation, shipment & delivery
- Liaise with Digital, Wholesale & Distributor sales teams
- Work with 3PLs to secure delivery slots and ensure on-time fulfilment
- Maintain accurate SAP data and reconcile inventory
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Track KPIs, support reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement
What you already be able to do:
- Fluent in French & English
- Strong background in operations, order management, logistics, or supply chain
- Experience with SAP and strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of customs, Incoterms, import/export processes
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and proactive in solving problems
- FMCG or apparel experience is a plus
