We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the movement of products from UK and European distribution centres to customers across the region. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are processed accurately, shipments run smoothly, and inventory and system data remain aligned across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and coordinate outbound sales orders across multiple product divisions
- Track shipments and manage logistics with 3PL partners and freight carriers
- Maintain order status and inventory accuracy within ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Monitor delivery performance and resolve shipment or transit issues
- Analyse sales and distribution data to support operational improvements
What we’re looking for
- 2–3 years experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or order management
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with logistics providers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
