We’re partnering with a fast-growing global brand group looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of outbound logistics across the UK & Europe. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on driving 3PL performance, delivery accuracy, and distribution efficiency.
The job:
- Manage outbound logistics & order fulfilment
- Own 3PL + carrier relationships
- Improve delivery performance & SLAs
- Analyse sales/logistics data to drive improvements
- Ensure SAP accuracy across orders & stock
Your experience:
- Experience in logistics / supply chain / operations
- Strong 3PL & distribution knowledge
- Confidence with ERP systems (SAP ideal)
