We’re hiring an Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a globally recognised premium, design-led fashion brand with strong roots in street culture and international retail. This role sits at the centre of the business, ensuring product moves smoothly from production through warehouse to customer.
Key responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations across supply chain, logistics and fulfilment
- Manage 3PL and warehouse partners to ensure on-time, in-full delivery
- Monitor inventory, order flow and operational KPIs
- Support demand planning and resolve operational issues
- Drive continuous improvement across cost, service and process
- Operations, supply chain or logistics experience within fashion, apparel or FMCG
- Highly organised, detail-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
This role requires a 4:1 Hybrid setup so please only hit apply if you are willing to be onsite Mon-Thu.
