We're seeking an IT Service Design & Transition Analyst to join a leading UK infrastructure organisation on an initial 6-month contract based in Milton Keynes. This role plays a key part in shaping and delivering IT services that are efficient, scalable, and user-centric, aligning closely with wider business and technology strategies.

You’ll be responsible for designing end-to-end services, creating blueprints, process flows, and service documentation. Working across both technical and non-technical teams, you'll define and manage Service Acceptance Criteria, oversee Early Life Support, and ensure seamless transitions into live operations.

Experience with ITIL, service catalogues, resource models, and SLA definitions is essential. Strong stakeholder engagement, documentation, and governance experience will be critical to success.

The ideal candidate brings several years experience in service design or transition, with a strong understanding of IT service management frameworks. Qualifications such as ITIL, PRINCE2, or MSP are preferred, along with exposure to UX design and commercial awareness.
