The job:

  • Coordinate key shipping documentation including:
  • Commercial invoices
  • Packing lists
  • Origin statements / REX declarations
  • Link purchase orders to sales orders and support accurate invoicing
  • Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delays or issues
  • Maintain accurate tracking and ensure all shipments are correctly invoiced and closed
  • What we need from you:

    • Strong understanding of EU road freight and cross-border shipping
    • Hands-on experience with customs documentation and compliance
    • Comfortable managing shipment data, reports, and operational processes
    • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
    • Able to work across multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
    • Experience in retail, apparel, or FMCG is a plus
