This role is looking for someone to play a vital role in sales planning, managing inventory and ensuring that inventory level and replenishment align with forecasts and budgets for a growing, global lifestyle brand collective. Responsibilities:
- Inventory Planning: Monitor weeks of supply and inventory turnover across all replenishment categories and produce weekly availability reports. Collaborate with Sales and Production on replenishment planning for core products across all brands. Prepare replenishment production orders for approval, ensuring alignment with OTB volume and timing requirements.
- Replenishment Planning: Oversee the replenishment planning process for all accounts and develop weekly ladder plans at the account/brand/category/style level. Review ladder plans, production placements, and inventory availability with Sales to drive alignment on key decisions. Analyse account performance to recommend optimal models and inventory levels, maximise replenishment SKU productivity, and identify new business opportunities.
- Financial: Collaborate with Sales and Operations to develop accurate monthly sales and margin forecasts and deliver comprehensive sales reporting to improve visibility of trends, risk and opportunities. Produce variance analyses versus Latest Estimate, Budget, and Prior Year to deepen business performance insights. Participate in weekly S&OP meetings to ensure cross-functional alignment and proper documentation of risks and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Good experience in Demand/Replenishment/Inventory planning
- Experience with Apparel retailers
- Strong Excel skills
- Demonstrated experience in retail data analysis.
