As our Talent Acquisition and HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, attracting, and helping to hire top talent for various positions across Luminous. You will work closely with the HR Manager and other Senior members of the Leadership team to understand recruitment needs and help build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruitment and looking to grow their career in talent acquisition and learn and develop new skills in HR.
You will have a passion for fostering a productive and positive work environment and will provide administrative support for the HR Manager across various HR functions, including employee records management and HR compliance. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department. We are flexible about this being a full or part time role.
Talent Acquisition:- Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, online job boards, social media and internally.
- Create, maintain and update an applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity.
- Create a database of our competitors.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with members of the Senior Leadership team (hiring managers) to understand their teams needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR function and provide ongoing support for the Head of People.
- Run HR Induction sessions for new starters.
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc).
- Assist in payroll preparation by uploading payslips on our HRIS.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports by collecting relevant data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience of working in a Junior Talent Acquisition or administrative assistant role desired but not essential.
- Bachelor’s degree desired but not essential.
