We are working with a client who has exciting opportunities for talented Fire Engineers at various levels to join an established fire engineering business based in multiple locations, including Manchester, London and Dublin. The roles will help deliver high‑quality life safety solutions across a diverse and ambitious project portfolio in 2026.

You will work within a dynamic technical team on some of the industry’s most complex and rewarding projects, collaborating closely with specialists across fire engineering and related disciplines. Responsibilities
- Work on and/or manage large and complex projects, ensuring high-quality delivery for key clients.
- Work on a wide variety of projects across the UK and internationally, covering multiple building types and sectors.
- Demonstrate proficiency in CFD modelling (e.g., smoke movement analysis).
- Use fire modelling tools such as CFAST, PyroSim, and Pathfinder to develop alternative fire engineering strategies.
- Work within and/or manage and support a team of engineers, offering guidance, mentoring, and training to graduates.
- Conduct on-site visits and fire safety surveys on various building types.
- Support business development activities, helping to grow the team’s project pipeline and client base.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A background in fire engineering, ideally within a consultancy environment.
- A degree (BEng/MEng or higher) in Fire Engineering or a related discipline such as Mechanical Engineering.
- Ideally working toward Chartered Engineer status.
- The right to work in the UK.
