Company Overview
My client is a startup founded one year ago by two entrepreneurs with a strong track record of building successful businesses. Operating in the legal cannabis and wellness space, the company offers a complete ecosystem of solutions to cannabis brands and manufacturers looking to develop their own CBD and cannabis-related products. From high-quality cannabis terpene blends such as London Pound Cake, Zkittles, and Lemon Cherry Gelato to custom-designed OEM packaging and cutting-edge machinery, my client provides everything a brand or manufacturer needs to launch its own product line, as well enhancing current products and manufacturing operations. With a small but driven team of five, they are now looking for an entrepreneurial individual to take over the sales and operations function of the business, playing a key role in the next phase of growth. With the current founders heavily occupied in other ventures, they are looking for someone they can trust to scale this company who can work autonomously.
The brand and operational foundations have been built—but now it's time to grow. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially-minded, entrepreneurial professional ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and gain equity in a high-potential business.
