We're looking for our next Associate Consultant to join us at the ground floor of a business that's moving fast. Eight months in, we're already working with some of the biggest names in US data center construction. This isn't a seat on a slow-moving team. What you'll actually be doing:

• Sourcing and engaging senior construction talent, Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, for live, mission-critical projects.
• Speaking directly with decision-makers, learning how to read a market, and how to spot opportunity before anyone else does.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from first conversation through to placement.
• Learning a specialist industry inside out, fast, from people who already know it cold.
