Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for an HR Administrator/Co-Ordinator within the IM Group at Lumine Group. The HR Administrator/Co-Ordinator will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, processing changes in HRIS, and assisting with onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle events. The role will help coordinate benefits administration, respond to employee inquiries, and ensure accurate documentation of policies, procedures, and HR workflows. Responsibilities include preparing employment documentation, supporting compliance with labor and employment regulations, and assisting with audits and HR reporting. The HR Administrator/Co-Ordinator will collaborate with HR leadership and business managers across the group to support talent initiatives, coordinate HR communications, and contribute to a consistent employee experience across locations.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing employment documentation, supporting compliance with labor and employment regulations, and assisting with audits and HR reporting.

Operational Support Partnering & Advisory
- Support the execution of IM group HR programs, ensuring alignment with operational processes and corporate governance standards.
- Proactively identify and address process issues, documentation alignment and corrections in various systems including Workday, Mercer etc.
HRIS System Specialism
- Work with the Global HR Specialist to support the correction of audit queries with the Business Units (BUs) to ensure they operate a continuous improvement audit cycle.
- Provide data analysis and reports to enable the execution of quality, trackable and auditable employee changes at Business Unit (BU) level.
Analysis and Reporting
- Translate HR and business data into actionable insights that support pragmatic decision‑making.
- Identify trends across workforce demographics, turnover, recruitment effectiveness, engagement data, performance metrics, and talent pipelines.
- Produce dashboards for the BUs in the IM group and required quarterly and annual reports (e.g., QBRs, QSR, Mercer HR data analytics).
- Partner with the Global HR Specialist to improve data quality.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Support IM Group employee engagement initiatives and analyse survey data to highlight key drivers and recommended interventions.
- Monitor employee lifecycle metrics (onboarding effectiveness, mobility trends, exit themes).
- Provide support to the IM Group HR Business Partner to provide HR solutions to the BUs in the group.
Talent, Performance, and Learning
- Support the administrative efforts of the succession planning, talent management and performance cycles, ensuring that development plans, goals, etc. are loaded into Workday, tracked and progressing on a quarterly basis.
- Track completion rates, program effectiveness, and ROI for learning initiatives.
- Support the administration of key development platforms such as Udemy, and liaise with the Group HR Specialist on key activities.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Support the completion of HR processes such as onboarding, transfers, compensation cycles, and policy deployment.
- Ensure compliance with global and local employment regulations, partnering with legal and senior teams in HR as needed.
- Identify process improvements and standardization across countries, where appropriate.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- A bachelor’s degree or above with a demonstrable interest in human resources, or one of its analytical specialisms (payroll, benefits etc.).
- Experience supporting multiple regions or global teams strongly preferred; culturally sensitive.
- Certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus, but you can be working towards your postgraduate certifications.
- Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to foster and grow relationships.
- Broad HR generalist experience across multiple HR disciplines.
- Knowledge of global employment practices and cultural considerations.
