Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Deliver on operational HR initiatives
- Provide trusted HR guidance and support to managers and senior leaders
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture
- Support and prepare for a TUPE project
- Manage employee relations and support conflict resolution
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
- Support workforce planning and organisational development

- Maintain HR systems, reporting, and data integrity
What We’re Looking For:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified
- Minimum 2 years’ HR experience

- Experience operating within a regulated or technical environment is advantageous
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
