We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Lead to join a growing organisation operating within the defence and advanced technology sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Deliver on operational HR initiatives
  • Provide trusted HR guidance and support to managers and senior leaders

  • Supporting and preparing for a TUPE project
  • Manage employee relations and support conflict resolution
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities

  • Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and internal standards
  • Maintain HR systems, reporting, and data integrity

What We're Looking For:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified
  • Minimum 2 years' HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Experience operating within a regulated or technical environment is advantageous
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence and support managers on people-related matters
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
