Level 4 Apprenticeship Rates:

18-20 years - £20,063 per annum

21+ years - £23,555 per annum

We\'re looking for an enthusiastic Systems Apprentice to join our proactive and supportive HR Systems Team. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in system administration and data analytics while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

As an apprentice, you\'ll play a key part in supporting the ongoing development and smooth operation of our HR systems. From responding to user queries to maintaining data accuracy and producing reports, you\'ll gain hands-on experience while developing vital skills for a future in HR systems and analytics.

What You Will Do
  • Administer and support core HR systems (mainly iTrent)
  • Respond to system queries and support requests through our ticketing system.
  • Assist in maintaining system structures and performing scheduled tasks.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems as appropriate.
  • Support our HR Data Analyst by preparing reports and analysing data.
  • Collect, compile, and cleanse HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
About You
  • Have Level 2 or equivalent literacy and numeracy qualifications.
  • Have a logical approach to problem solving.
  • Previous experience using Excel or databases.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
