We are looking for a highly competent Team PA to join our Executive Support Team. The successful candidate would primarily be offering PA support to our busy Executive Leadership Team.
The successful candidate will be a key point of contact between the Executive Leadership Team, staff, students, Governors and stakeholders and will offer high levels of support to team members by taking responsibility for administrative activities.
What You Will Do
- You will work with the Head of Department to provide professional, responsive, and confidential PA support to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Organise events, conferences, strategy sessions and various meetings.
- Produce meeting agendas and accurate minutes of meetings.
- Assist with the planning and prioritisation of ELT's daily workload.
- Make independent decisions.
About You
- Previous experience as a Senior Administrator or PA.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work flexibly and without direct supervision.
- Good IT Skills.
- Able to work to tight deadlines.
- Good working ethos.
