This is a Fixed Term contract for 18 months (duration of the apprenticeship).

Apprenticeship Rates (Level 3)

  • Under 18 years – £16,012 per annum
  • 18‑20 years – £21,510 per annum
  • 21+ years – £24,520 per annum

Responsibilities

As an ilearn Mentor, you will have an integral role in delivering group and 1:1 sessions to students. You will support students, coach tutors, teachers, and contribute to curriculum delivery.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will undertake an 18‑month apprenticeship to achieve a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. Prior experience and the ability to connect with students and provide effective learning support are required.
