Leeds City College are seeking a Job Coach to support our Future Pathways department! The primary focus of this exciting role is based within our brand-new, dedicated college Cafe Hub. Here, you will transform a practical hospitality environment into a vibrant learning space, coaching students with high needs (all holding EHCPs) in real‑world barista, customer service, and employability skills.

Beyond the cafe, you will play a vital role in sourcing external work‑experience opportunities for other learners within the Future Pathways setting, creating essential stepping stones that help them transition successfully into Supported Internships and future employment.

If you are looking for a rewarding role that combines specialised educational support with hands‑on vocational coaching, we want to hear from you. Please note, this is a reduced‑year role (39 weeks). The pro‑rata salary is £23,902 to £24,505.
